1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing and using LicenseFlow, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our service.
2. Service Description
LicenseFlow is a Shopify application that automates the delivery of digital products, including license keys and access accounts, to customers upon purchase.
3. Account Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate account information
- Maintain the security of your account
- Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws
- Not use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
4. Acceptable Use Policy
Prohibited Activities:
You may NOT use LicenseFlow to:
- Distribute pirated software or unauthorized license keys
- Sell stolen or fraudulently obtained access accounts
- Resell licenses in violation of original vendor terms
- Engage in any fraudulent or deceptive practices
- Distribute malware or malicious content
- Violate intellectual property rights
5. License Key and Access Account Legitimacy
IMPORTANT NOTICE
All license keys and access accounts distributed through LicenseFlow must be legitimately obtained and authorized for resale.
We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your subscription without refund if:
- You are found distributing unauthorized, pirated, or stolen license keys
- You are selling access accounts obtained through unauthorized means
- You are reselling licenses in violation of the original software vendor's terms
- You are using LicenseFlow to facilitate fraud or illegal activities
- We receive valid complaints from software vendors regarding unauthorized distribution
Verification: We may, at our discretion, request proof of authorization to resell specific software licenses. Failure to provide adequate documentation may result in account suspension.
6. Subscription and Billing
- Subscriptions are billed according to the selected plan
- Charges are processed through Shopify Billing
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
- Plan upgrades take effect immediately
- Plan downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle
7. Service Availability
- We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
- Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
- We are not liable for delays caused by third-party services
8. Limitation of Liability
LicenseFlow is provided "as is." We are not liable for:
- Lost revenue due to service interruptions
- Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account
- Issues caused by third-party services
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
9. Intellectual Property
- LicenseFlow and its original content are owned by us
- You retain ownership of your data and digital assets
- You grant us license to use your data to provide the service
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account if:
- You violate these Terms of Service
- You fail to pay subscription fees
- You engage in prohibited activities (see Section 4 and 5)
- We are required to do so by law
Upon termination:
- Access to the service will be revoked
- Your data will be retained for 30 days, then deleted
- No refunds for the current billing period
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
